It is such a wonderful feeling to know someone is praying for your pastor and church. It also equally great to know that someone cares enough about the community to list ways to pray for the community. I just stumbled on a site that I felt compelled to write about. The site is freedomvoices.net. They have a blog freedomvoices1.blogspot.com in which they list "Ways to Pray & Praise this Week for our Community". I invite you to read the blog and join them in prayer for our community. On the blog they had our church listed and I would like to return the prayers they prayed for us to them. I am asking you to remember them in your prayers. They are providing a great and wonderful service to our Community and Local churches. Also pray for Julie and her husband Randy Hayden. Julie has a song titled Overflow and it is beautiful and a blessing. Again I would like to thank them for the efforts here in Portage Indiana and abroad. We have just finished a little news letter for our 2008 VBS week. You can download it or print it. It is a .pdf file. Click here to view it. Pictures are now online also. Click on VBS tab in the menu to the top or left and choose VBS Photos 2008. Make sure your speakers are on because the pictures also have music. ENJOY!! |
