We have been experiencing a move from God that has brought us peace and understanding. We just had a wonderful reunion with Sister Joyce and what a time it was. God has shown our congregation his love and power. We would like to invite you to come to our service and worship with us. In the end all will be revealed and understood. Until the end we are commanded to worship and rejoice in our Heavenly Father. Bringing Praise and Worship to him together in one accord. Prayer is powerful and faith is the way. Our congregation will welcome you with a smile and you will find yourself in a loving and caring environment. Our Lord loves and welcomes everyone no matter there background, problems, or financial situation. We also will welcome you. Come to your Fathers house and experience his love and forgiveness. We had a great time this year, and thanks to our Donors it was a HUGE success! Every child that attend received a prize from the Easter Bunny and they also took home bags full of candy. We will be getting the pictures up on the website soon. So if you are stopping in today to see them we are sorry but it may take a day or two to get them ready. A great big THANK YOU to all the parents that brought the kids.. Because of the caring parents we recycled over 1900 out of the 2400 eggs we used. By recycling these eggs it helps ensure we get to do this again next year and it also helps the environment. If you would like to help us out, for next year, and have some plastic Easter eggs that you were just going to throw out, send an email to the webmaster as we could use them. The Easter Egg Hunt is open to the community and there is no cost. Registration is at 9:00 A.M. and will be limited to the first 200 children. This Easter Egg Hunt is for those 12 & under. Local merchants like Route 20 Coin Laundry, Wal-Mart, WiseWay, Stracks, Ponderosa, Rosewood, and Portage 16 gave donations that have allowed us to give out prizes to the children. The prize list includes gift certificates, easter baskets, stuffed animals, toys, and candy. There will be over 60 prizes in all. The Easter Bunny will be present, so be sure to bring your cameras. Also remember to bring your easter gathering baskets or bags. This easter egg hunt is our first community wide event in many years. We are very excited to host this easter egg hunt because of all the support we have recieved. We hope to see you there. Our parking may be limited but Gods love is infinite. God bless. |

The Rudds will be performing Saturday night 3-28-09 at 7:00 P.M. Here at our church (5855 Central Ave. Portage Indiana) We would like to invite you and your family to come out and enjoy a night of gospel music.
