Missions Director Sister Margie Billingsley put together the first meeting for the year. It was held Saturday 9-13-08 and the food was plentiful. The ladies talked about how they could let those in other countries know our church cares about them and while we cant travel we can still help across the world here from home. Our current mission country is Brazil and our church takes up offering on the second Sunday of every month.

During this years assembly held in Tennessee Sister Margie had a

wonderful opportunity to meet the overseer for Brazil Brother Filho. They talked liked old friends and exchanged gifts. Sister Margie was invited to travel to Brazil to see all the happenings and progress they are making.
